Laptop, Desktop or Server, we'll get you up and running on-site or in our shop. We offer a wide range of services for both residential and commercial customers.
Whether it is a hardware or software issue, we can evaluate it and repair it within a reasonable amount of time. This includes virus removal, software conflicts, errors on your computer or installation of new devices. Tell us your problem & we will give you the right answer at the most reasonable price in town.
We do most of our repair here at PC Lapeer. However, we are available for on site service to your residence or business.
Computers are served on a first come first serve basis. We offer an expedite service for an additional $35 to ensure that yours is the next on the bench and guarantees priority attention. We cannot guarantee same day service. In general there is about a 2 day turnaround on any services. This can vary depending on the complexity of service required, or specially ordered parts.
Bringing your Computer in for Service
No appointment necessary! You can drop off your computer anytime during business hours. Upon checkin we will ask a series of questions in regards to the computer such as: password information, internet provider, important data that you may want to back up or save.
If you are dropping off a laptop, we will also need your powercord.
If you are dropping off a desktop there is no need to bring cords, monitor, keyboard, printer or speakers unless you think the problem could be related to that component.
We must also have the COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) to reload your computer. This is a Microsoft sticker - attached to the side of your computer (laptop COA is usually on the bottom). If your computer does not have a COA or has an illegal or pirated operating system, you will have to purchase a legal copy of Microsoft Windows before we reload it. NO Exceptions!

New Computers
We build systems to fit your needs. Unlike pre-fab computers built on an assembly line, our systems are built with top-of-the-line standard parts. We guarantee our systems with a one year warranty.
Parts
We carry commonly used computer parts such as phone modems, power supplies, network cards, mice, keyboards, hard drives, RAM, motherboards, cables, networking accessories, flash drives, webcams, DVD & CD burners, cases, fans and much more. If we don't have it in-stock, we can have it here in most cases the next day.
